Accounting Manager - Administration
The Accounting Manager is a director level accounting position and performs accounting and administrative support related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounting transactions and reports.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred. Past
experience in similar position will be considered
in the alternative.
• Must have, at a minimum, five years’ experience in
accounts payable and general accounting.
• Must have extensive knowledge of accounts payable
and general accounting procedures.
• Must be proficient in data entry and management.
• Must have extensive knowledge of relevant computer
applications.
• Must possess effective verbal/ written communication
skills, strong organizational skills, and be
detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with
physicians, personnel, visitors, vendors,
government agencies, and the general public.
• Must comply with all organizational policies
regarding ethical business practices.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English,
both verbally and in writing.
• Must complete annual education requirements.
• Must adhere to all HIPAA requirements.
• Must meet all health requirements, including TB.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities
(Essential Job Functions) with or without
reasonable accommodation.
