Biography:
Dr. Charnell Cain is a board-certified family medicine physician. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi, where she competed as a four-year member and captain of the womens soccer team.
Dr. Cain received her medical degree from Lincoln Memorial UniversityDeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015 and then went on to complete her Family Medicine residency at Southern Colorado Family Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident. She also earned a Master of Health Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport.
Dr. Cain believes that the best healthcare begins with listening. She is committed to providing patient-centered care by understanding each patients unique experiences, goals, and concerns. Through shared decision-making, she helps patients navigate their healthcare journey with confidence and clarity.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Cain holds multiple certifications in farming and agricultural management. She enjoys riding her horses and ranching, while keeping family at the center of all she does.
